He's huge, hovering around 70 pounds and now five months old. He has a funny personality, not at all like our old Berner, Murphy. Ollie was really trying to adjust to the 90 degree weather today. He spent some time with me down in my office this afternoon trying to cool off.
The city opened up its new Splash Pad on Monday afternoon. It's basically a cement playground with a bunch of wacky sprinklers. Well, the kids enjoy it, although the water is quite chilly, even in 80 degree weather. They had the requisite ribbon cutting with the city council. I wish I had the video going as the kids booed the speakers and cheered once they were done and turned on the water.
