CAT Duty - Update #9

We've arrived in Ocean Springs, just across the bridge from Biloxi. There is a 6pm curfew in effect. Nat'l Guard are manning most of the intersections and are also blocking access to most of the coastal areas. I have several claims in the off limit areas and hope to be able to start inspecting by tomorrow. Photos to follow. It is really bad down here, but electricity is mostly restored. Cash only for purchases as the phone system seems to be down almost everywhere.
